Because then Sitch smushed a girl, and was certain, simply because of the cheese aroma, that the poor rando had some terrible disease down there, leading to him freaking out about possibly having contracted an STD in front of all that the housemates, and then the world. Boy got punk'd.
Road Trip! In a person of his better moves, The Situation provided Snooki and Deena off in a cab headed, not to the club as they notion, but to NYC during Season 3, Episode 11. Hey, if you've got money to burn on this cab fair, why not?
